Sager’s Cove Infrastructure – Closes Monday, August 11, 2025 at 4PM


Sager’s Cove is a pocket neighborhood in Eustis, Florida.  The project will serve low-income families in achieving the dream of  homeownership. The contractor selected for this project will develop the infrastructure only (construct road, water, sewer, and utilities etc.) for project.  The infrastructure is being funding by ARPA funds that have been awarded to Habitat for Humanity of Lake-Sumter by Lake County.  You can contact Danielle Stroud at danielle@habitatLS.org or 352-630-3318 with any questions regarding the project or this RFP.

    • Submissions can be dropped off or mailed to 1806 South Bay Street, Eustis FL 32726.

    • E-submissions are also acceptable and can be sent to danielle@habitatLS.org. 

    • All submissions must be received by Monday, August 11th at 4:00PM EST.
