Jingle Build-Off: Volunteers Needed

**All Volunteers will report to The Square, City of Tavares

Event Setup:

Need 5-10 Volunteers

Shift from 6-8am

• Setup tents for water/cool of station
• Set sawhorses
• Set material kits
• Fill water buckets for each team
• Insert signs in front of each playhouse station
• Setup Jingle Build Rock paint station

Kit Delivery:

Need 5-10 Volunteers

Shift from 6-8am

• Place blocks on pre-marked spots
• Place floors
• Setup kit with bow on top

Playhouse Construction Supervisors:

Need 7-10 Volunteers

Shift from 8-4pm

• Oversees playhouse construction
• Reading plans to help teams
• Using tools
• Troubleshooting
• Helping 2 teams

Playhouse Specialist:

Need 1 Volunteer

Shift from 8-4pm

• Oversees special add on teams can select from

Water Runner/Brush Cleaners:

Need 3-5 Volunteers

Shift from 8-4pm

• Fill water buckets
• Clean paint brushes

Jingle Build Rock:

Need 2-4 Volunteers for each shift

Shift from 11-4pm

Shift from 4-9pm

• Monitor, engage, advise participants

Event Clean Up:

Need 5-10 Volunteers

Shift 3-5pm

• Clean and pack away supplies
• Deliver back to Eustis Office

Parade Attendees:

Need 10 or more Volunteers

Shift from 4-6pm

• Walkers in the parade handing out candy

Parade Raffle:

Need 2-3 Volunteers

Shift from 4-9pm

• Set up float
• Take raffle tickets
