Once again, Habitat for Humanity of Lake-Sumter is partnering with AgeWave Solutions, Inc., for Women Build, an annual program created to provide access to affordable housing solutions for those who need it. This year, Women Build participants will be raising the walls for a new triplex in Habitat Lake-Sumter’s first 55+ community, the Cottages at Heritage Grove. With sponsorship from AgeWave, “we can serve three local families and help them achieve their dream of home ownership. The opportunity to own an affordable home can not only eliminate cost burdens for families, it provides them with a springboard to help their families thrive,” said Danielle Stroud, CEO of Habitat Lake-Sumter.
