The City of Eustis has partnered with Habitat for Humanity of Lake-Sumter to offer home preservation and repair services for eligible homeowners.
Available Repairs Include:
• Roof replacement
• HVAC repair/replacement
• Deck repair or replacement
• Accessibility improvements (ramps, rails)
• Painting & pressure washing
• Weatherization (doors/windows)
• Siding, soffit, fascia, and gutter work
• Interior repairs
Program Eligibility:
✔️ Must own a home occupied as a primary residence for a minimum of 1 year in the city of Eustis, outside of the CRA
✔️ Must have homeowner’s insurance or be willing to sign a hold harmless agreement
✔️Must be at or below the following income limits:
*Priority given to very low-income households
